Client Support Model

A Dedicated Team to Support your Program

We have a dedicated support staff to effectively and efficiently assist our clients with the daily administration of their employee benefit programs. As the landscape of the benefit marketplace changes, we continue to evolve and refine our service model to ensure that our clients have access to the highest level of support possible.

Each client will have the following team assigned to their account:

Account Broker

  • Assist client in determining overall Employee Benefit Plan goals
  • Develop overall Employee Benefit Plan strategy in conjunction with client input
  • Schedule/deliver Open Enrollment meeting for staff
  • Direct Altruis Benefit Consulting Employee Benefit Team through plan execution

Account Executive

  • Research and prepare Employee Benefit Plan options upon annual renewal
  • Prepare and deliver client program deliverables
  • Manage Employee Benefit plan execution

Account Manager

  • Prepare client based Employee Benefit Plan documentation
  • Prepare all employee enrollments, terminations, and changes
  • Will assist in evaluating carrier options during renewal
  • Will assist in client communication process during renewal

Account Coordinator

  • Prepare plan compliance documentation for Employee Benefit Plan
  • Assist Account Manager in overall Employee Benefit Plan administration
